RHow much is Admission?

This is a Rain or Shine Event. In the event of a passing shower, we ask that you return to your car to wait out the rain. The recreation center may not be used for this purpose. This includes attendees, vendors, staff and volunteers.

Admission into Juneteenth is $20. You can pay for your tickets in advance to avoid the long lines the day of the event. This fee is for ages 10 to adult.

Children 9 years and younger are admitted for free. If you scroll to the section that says Juneteenth Admission Registration, scan the QR code with your camera on your phone this will allow you to access the registration form.

Are there bathrooms on site?

Yes, Port a Johns will be stationed throughout the grounds for attendees.

RHow much is Admission?

Firearms, weapons, knives, fireworks, and other explosive materials are strictly prohibited.

BFRC and Ida Lee Park will not tolerate fighting of any kind. If anyone fights, we will ask the police to remove those individuals. This will jeopardize your attending any BFRC events in the future.

Outside alcoholic beverages and illicit substances are not permitted. Possession of either will result in removal from the Ida Lee Park grounds.

Pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcomed.

Guests are encouraged to bring their own registered tents, camp chairs and blankets for a comfortable experience.

All trash MUST be placed in the trash receptacles.

If you find a child who has strayed, direct the child to the “BURG” Family Reunion Clubs Tent. Parents, if you become separated from your child, alert one of the Volunteers or a BFRC member and then head to the BFRC Tent.

As a guest of Ida Lee Park, please treat the grounds with respect.

Yes, we are trying to make Juneteenth Celebration 2022 appealing to all ages.

We are looking at having face painting for the children. There will also be a childrens corner in the park.

NO FOOD OR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE PARK! There will be food, beer, wine vendors as well as non food vendors. Grills are not allowed as well!

No PETS Allowed!

TENT REGISTRATION 2024.

The "Burg" Family Reunion Club presents Juneteenth Celebration 2024 on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at Ida Lee Park. 60 Ida Lee Dr. NW, Leesburg, VA from 12:00 p.m. to 7 p.m.

REGISTRANTS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN TENT!
10x10 and 10x20 Tents are allowed for personal use but must be registered no later than Friday, June 7, 2024. Payment is due at the time of registration.

A limited number of tent space is available on a first come, first serve basis.
TENT REGISTRATION IS $25 for 10x10 and $40 for 10 x 20 PER SPACE!

To access the tent registration form you can scan the QR code. Tent spaces will be assgined the order in which you sign up.

The Tent Registration Fee DOES NOT INCLUDE ADMISSION FEE!
